Anna Heard is a Senior Evaluation Specialist for 3ie’s HIV/AIDS evidence programmes. In this role, she directs the Thematic Window on HIV self-testing and the new evidence programme on HIV/AIDS treatment provision. She also provides technical inputs for 3ie’s other HIV/AIDS grant programmes and participates in 3ie’s professional services activities.

World Tuberculosis Day 2018 The World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines on the timing of treatments for Tuberculosis (TB) and HIV co-infection have not been revised since 2011.
